A SaaS shows you data.

Multi-portal search

One question. Eight portals. Every relevant tender.

TED only publishes contracts above EU thresholds. Most SMB-sized opportunities appear exclusively on national portals like BKMS, BOAMP, or BZP. TedScout searches all of them simultaneously and returns a deduplicated, ranked list.

  • TED (EU-wide) + 13 national portals searched in parallel
  • Filters by CPV code, country, NUTS region, value range, and deadline
  • Don't know your CPV codes? Ask — the assistant looks them up first
  • Results normalised to a consistent schema across all sources

Buyer intelligence

8 million historical awards. Who really wins these contracts?

Before spending weeks on a bid, find out if the market is open to new entrants — or captured by an incumbent. TedScout analyses up to 5 years of award history for any public buyer across all 13 portals.

  • Market openness score: 1 (captive) to 10 (fully competitive)
  • Top incumbents ranked by wins, average value, and last award date
  • Average bids per contract — a direct signal of competition intensity
  • AI-generated plain-language verdict on what a new entrant should know

Go / No Go analysis

Stop bidding on tenders you can't win.

Every bid costs time. TedScout's qualification tool analyses a tender against your saved company profile and gives you a structured GO / NO GO recommendation across three dimensions: eligibility, capability, and strategic fit.

  • Eligibility: do you meet the formal requirements?
  • Capability: can you actually deliver the scope at the stated value?
  • Strategic fit: right geography, sector, and contract size?
  • Key risks, key strengths, and recommended next steps included

Price benchmarking

Know what a contract is worth before you price the bid.

Pricing a bid blind is one of the most common ways to lose one. TedScout draws on 8M+ historical award notices to show you what contracts in your sector actually pay — medians, value distributions, and how many firms typically compete.

  • Median, mean, and p25/p75 "sweet spot" for any CPV sector and country
  • Competition intensity — average bids per contract, a direct signal of how contested the market is
  • Top incumbent winners with win counts and average contract values
  • Year-by-year trend showing whether the market is growing or contracting

Subcontractor leads

Find the firms that just won big — and need you to deliver.

Every large public contract creates a wave of downstream demand. A construction firm that wins a €15M infrastructure contract needs civil engineers, plant hire, and specialist trades. A systems integrator that wins an IT framework needs developers and security specialists. TedScout surfaces these firms while they're still mobilising.

  • Filters for contracts awarded in the last 30–60 days — the mobilisation window
  • Consortium detection: firms that won together are already coordinating subcontractors
  • Value thresholds calibrated by sector — construction from €500k, IT services from €300k
  • Mobilisation status: actively mobilising (0–30 days), recently mobilised (31–60 days)

Not just search.
Answers.

Standard procurement tools give you a list of tenders and leave you to figure out the rest. TedScout does the analysis, the qualification, and the advice — in plain English, in seconds.

Goes beyond what you ask

Traditional SaaS only returns what you explicitly search for. TedScout often surfaces things you didn't think to ask — a deadline approaching, a captured market, a CPV code you missed.

No interface to learn

No dashboard to navigate, no filter panels, no onboarding. Use the browser chat or connect to Claude — either way, just describe what you want in plain English.

Start with any question

"What tenders are closing this week that match my profile?" · "Who is winning contracts from this buyer?" · "Should we bid on this?" — the right tools activate automatically.

Persistent context, always calibrated

Save your company profile once. Every search, match, and qualification is automatically calibrated to your CPV codes, geographies, and value range — without repeating yourself.

Simple, transparent pricing.

Common questions.

What is TedScout exactly?+
TedScout is an EU procurement intelligence tool with two entry points. The browser portal (tedscout.eu/app) lets you search, qualify, and analyse EU public tenders by chatting in plain English — no setup needed. The MCP connector lets you do the same thing inside Claude, Cursor, or any other AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol. Both use the same 15 tools and the same live data from TED and 13 national portals.
Do I need to know what CPV codes are?+
No. TedScout includes a lookup tool with all 9,452 EU procurement codes. Claude uses it automatically — just describe what your company does and Claude finds the right codes. You never need to navigate the CPV vocabulary manually.
What are the 8M+ award notices used for?+
Award notices tell you who actually won a contract. TedScout uses this data in three ways: to show you the incumbents for any public buyer and how competitive their market is; to benchmark what contracts in your sector are actually worth before you price a bid; and to surface recent contract winners who are now mobilising for delivery and likely need subcontractors. Same underlying data, three angles of intelligence.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?+
Free gives you basic TED search and one watchlist — enough to evaluate TedScout. Pro unlocks AI matching against your company profile, GO/NO GO qualification, bid outline generation, webhooks, and 10 watchlists. If you're actively pursuing public contracts, Pro pays for itself with a single qualified lead.
Do I need Claude or an AI subscription?+
No. The browser portal at tedscout.eu/app works entirely without Claude or any external AI subscription — the AI runs on our servers. If you already use Claude, Cursor, or Le Chat (Mistral), you can also connect TedScout as an MCP tool and use it inside your existing AI assistant. Both paths are included in every plan.
Which AI assistants does TedScout work with?+
TedScout works with any MCP-compatible AI client — Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude Code), Cursor, Le Chat (Mistral), and any other client supporting the Model Context Protocol. Connect via API key or OAuth.
Is my data safe?+
TedScout is hosted on Hetzner servers in Germany (ISO 27001 certified, EU data residency). API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes — the raw key is shown once and never stored. All traffic is TLS-encrypted. Fully GDPR compliant.
